National Microfinance Laghubitta has proposed a 27% dividend for FY 2076/77 consisting of 21% bonus shares and 6% cash from paid‑up capital. The bonus shares amount to Rs 5,54,49,502 and cash dividend to Rs 1,58,42,715, and distribution will occur only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.

Today is the final day to hold shares of LBBL, MDB, and NMBMF to qualify for their declared dividends—10%, 15.79%, and 20% respectively—as the book closure occurs tomorrow, after which no further entitlement will accrue.
