Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited proposes a 15.79% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of 15% bonus shares valued at Rs 1,66,11,750 and a 0.79% cash dividend of Rs 8,74,302.63. Dividend payout awaits Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the company’s upcoming 4th AGM.
Dividend distribution for FY 2076/77 will proceed only after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement. The proposed distribution is 25% bonus shares (Rs. 12,51,03,850) and 6.58% cash dividend (Rs. 3,29,27,333.32) from paid‑up capital of Rs. 50,04,15,400.
Shareholders holding shares before Poush 29 may attend Narayani Development Bank’s 19th AGM on Magh 16 at 1 pm, where the board will approve an additional issuance of right shares in a 1:2 ratio that will raise the company’s paid‑up capital to Rs. 13,12,33,800.
