Cash dividend for FY 2076/77 was deposited into investor bank accounts. Investors with demat accounts who have not received the dividend should authorize their bank details, while holders of physical shares should dematerialise, and those with loans against shares must supply a no‑objection letter from the lender.
Today is the last day for investors to claim the 15% dividend from Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The 4th AGM will be held on Magh 24 (Feb 6) at the company’s central office in Gaidakot, Nawalpur, streamed virtually.
Distribution will take place after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement, with a proposed 10.53% dividend for FY 2076/77 comprising 10% bonus shares (Rs.1,33,10,000) and 0.53% cash dividend (Rs.7,00,526).
Dividends for FY2076/77 have been distributed by CBBL (29% cash), LBBL (10% cash) and NICA (20% dividend, 19% bonus). Investors without received dividends should update bank details in Demat accounts, and those holding loans against shares must resolve matters before Mangsir 09 to claim cash or bonus.
AGM will commence at 2 pm on Magh 28, with the company proposing a 4.5% dividend for FY 2076/77. The shares are not listed on NEPSE.
The Rs. 18,07,14,544 cash dividend for Prime Life Insurance has been deposited into investors' bank accounts. Investors holding physical shares should dematerialise them, those with demat accounts missing the dividend need to update bank details, and borrowers must provide a No‑Objection Letter to receive the dividend.
SEBON updated CORBL's right‑share application status on Magh 06. Investors holding CORBL shares can apply for additional shares at a 1:1.5 ratio, with a total of 30 lakh unit shares to be issued at Rs 100 per share.
Book closure to qualify for the 51% dividend and 2‑for‑1 stock split ends on Magh 14; holders registered before that date will receive the dividend. The AGM on Magh 28 will also approve the 2‑for‑1 split.
If you hold SBI Bank Limited or Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited shares and have not received the cash dividend, first update your bank details in your Demat account. Then dematerialize any physical shares and provide a No Objection Letter from your lender if you have a loan against your shares.
The board has proposed a 21.05% dividend for FY 2076/77, but it will only be issued after NBR approval and AGM endorsement. The dividend consists of 20% bonus shares worth Rs. 1,53,42,360 and a 1.05% cash amount of Rs. 8,07,492.63.
