Recent dividend, bonus-share, and right-share announcements from the Nepal market.
The remaining 4,30,639 right shares of Samriddhi Finance Company Limited have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange. Previously issued in a 1:2 ratio, these shares are now tradable for investors.
Investors with Demat accounts must authorize their bank details immediately to receive the 3.05% cash dividend of Rs 40.63 crore. Both Mega Bank Nepal Limited and Himalayan Distillery Limited will distribute their dividends directly into bank accounts upon completion of authorisation.
Book closure for Civil Bank Limited’s 8.42% dividend closes on Magh 23; investors must be on books before that date to receive the dividend. The 10th AGM will be held on Falgun 09 (Feb 21) and will endorse the dividend.
Shareholders of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited will receive a cash dividend of Rs. 11,90,99,711 directly to their bank accounts. If you hold the shares in demat, ensure your bank details are authorized; holders of physical shares should dematerialize promptly, and those with share-backed loans must submit a No‑Objection Letter before the book‑closure date.
Bonus shares of CZBIL, FMDBL and STC are now listed on NEPSE. CZBIL receives 8% bonus shares, FMDBL receives 9.5% bonus shares and 4.18% cash dividend, and STC receives 25% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend.
Right shares are now available for subscription by NABBC shareholders; applications can be filed until Poush 28 (Magh 13 to 3rd Falgun). After the 1:1 issue, the bank's paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 13 12 33 800.
Today is the last day to purchase Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited shares to qualify for the proposed 20% cash dividend and 31% bonus shares. The AGM will be held on 10 February 2021 in Birgunj, with book closure on 14 February.

The cash dividend of Rs 2,43,86,878 has been deposited into the bank accounts of RSDC Laghubitta investors. Investors with demat accounts who have not received the dividend must authorize bank details, while holders of physical shares should dematerialize promptly and those who took a loan must submit a No Objection Letter to qualify.
The board has proposed an 8% bonus share and 2% cash dividend for FY 2076/77, pending approval by Beema Samiti and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. Bonus shares amount to Rs. 9,20,25,079 and cash dividend to Rs. 2,30,06,270, to be distributed from paid‑up capital of Rs. 1,15,03,13,485.69.
