Dividend distribution will be finalized after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the 19th AGM. The board has proposed a 9.26% dividend for FY 2076/77, comprising 9% bonus shares and a 0.26% cash dividend.
Book closure for the 21.05% cash dividend and 20% bonus shares of Swabhimaan Laghubitta is on Magh 30 (21 February); investors holding shares before that date will receive the dividend and be eligible to attend the AGM. The AGM will be held on Falgun 13 (25 February) at 3 pm at Darcy's International Hotel, Butwal.
Book closure for the 8.42% dividend begins on Falgun 07 and ends on Falgun 22. Investors closing books before Falgun 07 will receive the dividend, consisting of 8% bonus shares and a 0.42% cash payout.
16,97,506.25 units of NFS right shares are now listed on NEPSE following an issue that closed Mangsir 24 after banking hours. 57,09,762.25 units of CHCL bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE as part of the 20% dividend, split 10% in cash and 10% in bonus.

Last day to apply for 82.84% right shares issue of Citizen Investment Trust is tomorrow (Magh 19, 2077). The issue offers 1.35 crore units at Rs. 100 each, managed by RBB Merchant Banking Ltd, and will close on that date.
The right share issue closes on Magh 19, 2077, allowing shareholders to subscribe 1,35,92,592 units at Rs. 100 each. After issuance, Citizen Investment Trust’s paid‑up capital will rise to Rs. 3 Arba.
SBL is distributing a 3% cash dividend of Rs 29.36 crore and FMDBL will distribute 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs 7.60 crore; shareholders must update bank details in their Demat accounts and dematerialise physical shares before the settlement date to receive the dividend and bonus shares.
Dividend will be paid after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement. The 11.05% dividend comprises 10.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 1,95,77,250 and 0.55% cash dividend of Rs. 10,30,381.58.
Book closure for the 15.79% dividend ends on Falgun 14, 2077; investors holding shares before this date are entitled to the dividend. AGM will be held on Falgun 28, 2077 at White House Party Palace, Dulegauda, Tanahun, starting at 11 am.
