Shares of Miteri development bank (MDB) are now listed on NEPSE as 15% bonus shares after the board’s approval on Mangsir 19. The company also declared a 0.79% cash dividend from a paid‑up capital of Rs. 69,33,71,250, distributing Rs. 54,73,983.56.
Investors of Nepal Investment Bank Limited are advised to update bank details in their Demat accounts to receive the 5.5% cash dividend declared at the 34th AGM. Physical share holders should dematerialise shares promptly and obtain a No Objection Letter for loan‑backed shares to be eligible.
15% bonus shares of RMDC Laghubitta are now listed on NEPSE and will trade as soon as they are deposited in investors’ Demat accounts.
