Distribution of Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta's 9.589% dividend for FY 2076/77, comprising 9.11% bonus shares and 0.479% cash, will only be made after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement.
ACLBSL shares are no longer halted after a Nepal Rastra Bank notice. The company proposes an 8.85% dividend for FY 2076/77, to be paid entirely as bonus shares.
ALBSL’s 3,48,432 bonus shares, valued at Rs. 3,48,43,200 and a 0.789% cash dividend, have been listed on NEPSE; WOMI’s 8,33,544 bonus shares are also listed.
ERC has approved API's second phase rights shares, allowing the company to raise another Rs.56.7 crore to fund the Upper Chameliya 40 MW hydropower project. The issue is currently on SEBON's waiting list.

Bonus shares of ICFC Finance Limited and Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been listed on NEPSE, following board decisions to issue 10.5% and 19.5% bonus shares respectively. ICFC also announced a 4.5% cash dividend and a 15% fiscal dividend; Sparsha will receive a 1.03% cash dividend.
Today is the last day to be eligible for the 13.68% dividend for FY 2076/77 of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL). The board will announce this at the AGM on Falgun 27, and books close tomorrow, Falgun 11.
42,35,103.42 units of Everest Bank Limited bonus shares (5% bonus, 5.53% cash dividend) are listed on NEPSE and become tradable after Demat settlement. Similarly, 15,81,253 units of Prime Life Insurance Company Limited bonus shares (7% bonus, 8% cash dividend) are listed and can be traded post-dematerialization.
The remaining 2,537,730.05 units of Citizen Investment Trust will be auctioned following the allotment of 1,323,838.95 shares to 12,640 investors; the last traded price stands at Rs. 4,705.
Investors maintaining shares before Falgun 15, 2077 are entitled to the proposed 13.04% dividend, which will be distributed from the paid‑up capital of Rs. 34,16,12,120. The AGM, to endorse the dividend and other matters, will take place on Falgun 29, 2077 at 11:30 am in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kathmandu.
