Dividend will be paid after Beema Samiti approval and AGM endorsement; Everest Insurance proposes 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend (Rs. 8,76,74,400 and Rs. 46,14,442, respectively) for FY 2076/77.
Book closure for the Rs. 40 per share dividend begins on Falgun 28. The 13th AGM will be held at 11 a.m. on Chaitra 13 at Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Tundikhel, Kathmandu.
