Recent dividend, bonus-share, and right-share announcements from the Nepal market.
Bonus shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (10%) and NMB Bank Limited (13%) were listed today on NEPSE. Jyoti Bikas Bank issued 34,95,293.44 units and NMB Bank issued 1,87,82,078.86 units covering fiscal year 2076/77.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank will distribute its 0.46% cash dividend and 8.80% bonus shares following the virtual AGM scheduled for Chaitra 13, 2077.
NHDL’s board approved a 15% bonus share issuance and a 0.7895% cash dividend for FY 2076/77, effectively incorporating the previously deferred 4% bonus from FY 2074/75. Shareholders should note the bonus shares are valued at Rs. 3,90,00,000 and the cash dividend at Rs. 20,52,632.
Approval of a 10% bonus share dividend for FY 2076/77 by Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is pending the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM. Once approved, the dividend will be issued as bonus shares only.

Bonus shares of 33,00,000 units (22% bonus, 7% cash dividend) for Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) are now listed on NEPSE. Machhapuchhre Bank Limited (MBL) and Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) have also listed bonus shares - 59,46,169.31 units (7.03% bonus, 3.37% cash dividend) for MBL and 88,31,303.56 units (9% bonus, 2.5% cash dividend) for LBL.
Reliance Finance’s board has approved a 10.53% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of 10% bonus shares and a 0.53% cash dividend. The decision was made on Falgun 20.
