Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited is offering 52,41,197 rights shares at Rs.100 per unit in a 1:0.5 structure, with the offering closing on Baisakh 26, 2078, so investors must apply before that date.

HIDCL has submitted an application to SEBON for a 1:1 rights issue of 11 crore units; the issue will open immediately after the company receives its credit rating and promoters submit the required amount. The current LTP is Rs. 432.
19% bonus shares of Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) now trade on NEPSE, with 4,25,659.85 shares worth Rs. 4,25,65,985. A 1% cash dividend of Rs. 22,40,315 has also been approved.
Cash dividend of 40% will be paid into investors’ bank accounts from today. Investors must update bank details in their Demat account, dematerialise physical shares, and provide a No Objection Letter if shares were loaned to receive the dividend.
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have listed their bonus shares on NEPSE. Cash dividends of Rs. 2.4386 crore and Rs. 0.4536 crore have already been credited to shareholders' accounts.
PFL's 4,58,640.86 bonus shares and SHBL's 9,21,148.70 right shares are now listed on NEPSE. PFL has approved a 5% bonus and 0.26% cash dividend, boosting its paid‑up capital to Rs 96.31 crore.
