Recent dividend, bonus-share, and right-share announcements from the Nepal market.
DDBL has already distributed a 5% cash dividend to shareholders’ bank accounts from Chaitra 24. Investors still holding physical shares must dematerialise and those with loans against shares need a No Objection Letter to receive the dividend.
Books will close on Baisakh 10, 2078; shareholders holding shares before that date will receive a 10.53% dividend (10% bonus shares and 0.53% cash) and can attend the AGM on Baisakh 22, 2078. Current LTP is Rs. 260.
12% bonus shares of Siddhartha Bank (SBL) are now listed on NEPSE. The 19th AGM also approved a 3% cash dividend of Rs 29.36 crore.
Investors must register for the Dividend Re‑investment Plan before the book closure date to be eligible.
Unclaimed dividends must be collected by the end of FY 2069/70; thereafter RLFL will deposit them into the Investors Protection Fund within a month of this notice.
Physical shareholders should dematerialise shares and submit a no‑objection letter for share‑loans before the book close to claim the 19% VLBS bonus shares, 1% cash dividend, and the 5% PFL bonus shares with 0.26% cash dividend already allocated to Demat accounts.
Bonus shares of Barun Hydropower (BARUN), Shree Investment & Finance (SIFC), and Ngadi Group Power (NGPL) are now listed on NEPSE. Barun receives 5% bonus shares and 0.263% cash dividend; SIFC 7.37% bonus shares and 3.16% cash dividend; NGPL 10% bonus shares and 30% right shares.
Salt Trading Corporation will issue 20% bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend from FY 76/77 profits. The paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 23.016 crore after the bonus adjustment.
Citizen Investment Trust has proposed a dividend for FY 2076/77. The package includes 9% bonus shares worth Rs. 27 crore and an 8.8947% cash dividend totaling Rs. 26.68 crore.
The book closure for IME General Insurance (IGI) takes effect on Baisakh 2, 2078, so investors holding shares before that date are eligible for the proposed 7% bonus shares and 0.37% cash dividend on FY 2076/77. The 23rd AGM will be held at 10 am on Baisakh 12, 2078 to discuss the dividend, a 40% rights issue, and the conversion of the promoter‑public shareholding ratio to 51:49.
