Investors holding shares before Baisakh 19, 2078 are entitled to the 8.42% dividend (8 % bonus shares and 0.42 % cash dividend) and may attend the AGM on 2nd Jestha. The book‑closure period runs from Baisakh 19 to 2nd Jestha, requiring action before closure.
Investors holding physical shares of Nepal Investment Bank Limited should dematerialise immediately to claim the 13% bonus shares and 5.5% cash dividend. Those who took a loan against shares before the book‑closing date must submit a no‑objection letter to receive the dividend.
Today is the last day to claim the 10.53% dividend for FY 2076/77 from Reliance Finance (RLFL). Shares held until Baisakh 10 may attend the AGM at Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu at 11 am on Baisakh 22.

The 141,750 bonus shares of Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited and 656,169 right shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited are now listed on NEPSE. This follows the AGM approval of a 5% bonus and 0.26% cash dividend for CHL, and a 1:1 right share ratio for NABBC.
Investors retained before 23 Baisakh 2078 are eligible for the 52% dividend. The 10th AGM of Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will take place at 11 a.m. on 30 Baisakh 2078 at Hotel New Era, Rupandehi, where the dividend will be endorsed and the increase of authorized capital to Rs. 50 crores discussed.
NICL’s 2% cash dividend has already been deposited into bank accounts; investors with Demat accounts who have not yet received the dividend should immediately authorise their bank details. Shine Resunga Development Bank is crediting 13% bonus shares to eligible shareholders’ Demat accounts; those still holding physical shares should dematerialise as soon as possible to receive the bonus.
Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) now has 3,92,004 bonus shares listed on NEPSE, representing an 18% bonus. The current LTP stands at Rs. 1,609.
The rights offering by Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited is open from today (Baisakh 6, 2078) and will close on Baisakh 26, 2078. Eligible investors can apply for one additional share per two shares owned, at Rs. 100 per unit, with book closure on Chaitra 9, 2078.
