Investors with bonus shares in Garima Bikas Bank (FY 2073/74), Jyoti Bikas Bank (FY 2072/73, 2075/76, 2076/77), and other banks listed in the NIBL Ace Capital notice must manually pay tax on those shares. Contact NIBL Ace Capital to determine the exact tax amount and deposit it into the specified bank accounts.
The 20% bonus shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited are now listed on NEPSE and will be credited to shareholders' Demat accounts. Investors who had authenticated bank details by Poush 04 already received the cash dividend, while those holding margin loans must submit a No Objection or Release Letter if their loan was taken before that date.
Books will be closed on Baisakh 29; investors holding shares before that date are entitled to the 8.42% dividend of 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash payout. The 26th AGM is scheduled for 10th Jestha 2078 at 2 pm in Hattisar, Kathmandu, with a virtual stream.

Synergy Power Development Limited’s 4.75% bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE. The shares, issued as part of a 5% dividend, include 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs 3,32,50,000 and 0.25% cash dividend of Rs 17,50,000, allocated from profits till Ashad 2077.
Book closure for Prabhu Insurance's 25th AGM is on Baisakh 26, 2078, after which shareholders are entitled to the 10.53% dividend for FY 2076/77. The AGM will be held at 11 am on Jestha 06, 2078, where the company also intends to launch a mutual fund scheme.
Today is the last trading day before the Baisakh 19 book closure; shareholders holding PICL shares until today are entitled to an 8.42 % dividend (Rs. 8,21,14,560 in bonus shares and Rs. 43,21,818.95 cash) and can attend the 19th AGM on 2nd Jestha 2078.
Bonus shares of Samata Laghubitta (SMATA) and Goodwill Finance (GFCL) have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange. SMATA shares are listed but trading is currently halted, while GFCL shares are available for trade.
The 17,59,621 auctioned promoter shares of Multipurpose Finance Company Limited have been fully allocated and are now listed on NEPSE, with LTPs of Rs. 118 for promoter shares and Rs. 216 for ordinary shares.
