Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited proposed a dividend of 11.5789% for FY 2076/77, comprising 11% bonus shares and 0.5789% cash dividend. The proposal was adopted at the board meeting on Jestha 04; the company's LTP is Rs. 1,777 and it posted a net profit of Rs 285.46 million in Q3 FY 2077/78.
Api Power Company Limited’s second rights offering in a 1:0.2938 ratio opens 20th Jestha, 2078 and closes 9th Ashad, 2078. A total of 56.7 million units will be issued to raise capital for the Upper Chameliya Hydropower Project.
