Rights offering of Api Power Company Limited (API) closes today, 13th Ashad 2078. Shareholders can still claim right shares at a 1:0.2938 ratio for 56,70,000 units as part of a 30% capital raise for the Upper Chameliya Hydropower Project.
Investors must hold shares before Ashar 18 to qualify for the 16.32% dividend. The 25th AGM will be held at the company’s Gyaneshwor office at 11:00 a.m. on 31st Ashar.

Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited is auctioning 4,35,894 ordinary right shares from today until 16th Ashar, 2078, potentially adding about Rs. 17.83 crore as non‑operating profit.
Lumbini General Insurance has distributed a 5% cash dividend directly to shareholders' bank accounts. Investors who previously took a loan against shares must present a No Objection Letter from their lender to receive the dividend.

Today is the final NEPSE trading day to claim Citizen Investment Trust’s 8.8947 % cash dividend and 9 % bonus shares; end of day is the cut‑off. Investors holding CIT shares before the Ashad 08 book closure can still secure the dividend that amounts to roughly Rs 26.68 crores and a bonus worth Rs 27 crores.
