9.19983% bonus shares of Mirmire Laghubitta (MMFDB) have been deposited to shareholders’ Demat accounts as of 23 Ashar 2078. The shares are now tradable on NEPSE, where the latest LTP is Rs. 1,676.

Sahara Bikas Bank's board has proposed a 5.32% dividend and a 5.05% bonus share issue worth Rs 1.37 crore, along with a 0.27% cash dividend of Rs 7.23 lakh, pending NEPAL RASTRA BANK approval and the company’s AGM. The bank has also signed a memorandum of understanding with Garima Bikas Bank on Ashwin 16 as part of its acquisition process.
Bonus shares of MSMBS and NMFBS are now listed on NEPSE. MSMBS distributed a 10.53% dividend (10% bonus, 0.53% cash); NMFBS distributed a 21% bonus and 6% cash dividend.
Investors in Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited must claim the FY 2071/72 cash dividend within five years of distribution, or it will be transferred to the Investors Protection Fund.
