Bonus shares of Himalayan General Insurance Company Limited (HGI) are now listed on NEPSE, with 3,20,487 units outstanding. The 27th AGM endorsed a 6.75% dividend for FY 2076/77 and the 3.75% cash dividend amounts to Rs 4,00,60,800.
Bonus shares of 16.9399% have been deposited to Demat accounts of Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited following its 8th AGM on Poush 28, 2077. Shareholders also received a 0.8916% cash dividend and can check the LTP of Rs. 1,546 on NEPSE.
Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited’s 50% rights shares are now listed on NEPSE, following a rights offering that closed on Chaitra 09. 52,41,197 shares were issued at Rs. 100 each to fund the Kabeli-B1 Cascade Hydropower Project.

MERO's 16.94% bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE after its 8th AGM; a 0.8916% cash dividend was also approved.

31% bonus shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) are now listed on NEPSE, following approval at the company’s 20th AGM. NLIC also approved a 20% cash dividend and recorded an 8.36% rise in Q3 net profit to Rs 50.66 crores.
