Kumari Equity Fund has proposed a 5% cash dividend for FY 2077/78, amounting to Rs. 5 crores. This will be the fund’s first-ever dividend, and investors should note the forthcoming distribution.
Approval by SEBON is pending; if granted, Samriddhi Finance Company Limited will issue 27,29,705 rights shares at a 2:1 ratio, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 81.90 crore, with BOK Capital appointed as issue manager.
The board has proposed a 30% cash dividend (incl. tax) for NICGF and NICBF, and a 10% cash dividend (incl. tax) for NADDF, for fiscal year 2077/78.
The 89th board meeting on Shrawan 14 proposed a 50% cash dividend (incl. tax) for NIBL Pragati Fund Ltd, worth Rs 37.50 crore. NIBL Samriddhi Fund 1 will receive a 35% dividend of Rs 35 crore, and NIBL Sahabhagita Fund will also be granted a 50% cash dividend.

The auction for 2,15,599 unclaimed right shares by API Power Company Limited opens today (Shrawan 13 2078) and closes on Shrawan 20 2078, with a minimum bid rate and quantity of Rs. 100. Successful bidding could generate up to Rs. 7,09,32,071 in non‑operating income.
Today is the last day to purchase the 10.5263% dividend of NLG Insurance Company Limited. The book‑closure date is Shrawan 14, with the AGM scheduled for Shrawan 21, 2078.
Today, Shrawan 13 is the last book‑closure date for LUK’s 25 % cash dividend, so units bought on Shrawan 12 or earlier are eligible. The dividend applies to fiscal year 2077/78, and LUK’s NAV in Jestha was Rs. 15.25 with a current LTP of Rs. 14.79.
NHDL has announced a 15% bonus share issue and a 0.7895% cash dividend for FY 2076/77, with the 3,90,000 bonus shares now listed on NEPSE at an LTP of Rs. 561.
On 8th Shrawan 2078, NAGRO deposited 14% bonus shares into shareholders' demat accounts (issued against paid‑up capital of Rs. 5,72,44,470). The 5th AGM on 21st Ashar 2078 also approved a cash dividend of Rs. 4,21,801, a 1:0.98 share swap with Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, and halted NAGRO trading pending acquisition approval.
