The preliminary cut‑off rate for the API rights auction is Rs. 481; 2,473 applicants applied; the auction ran from Shrawan 13 to Shrawan 20, 2078.
The Laxmi Equity Fund is distributing a 35% cash dividend directly to shareholder bank accounts as of Shrawan 21 (today). Investors must have an authenticated bank account in their Demat for the payment, and margin‑loan holders need to provide a NOE or release letter.
Bonus shares of NADEP, PICL, MLBBL, FOWAD, and RLFL are now listed on NEPSE following AGMs in 2077-2078. The bonuses are 10%, 8%, 12.63%, 25%, and 10% respectively, with cash dividends of 0.526%, 0.42%, 0.63%, 6.58%, and 0.53%.
Shareholders must present proof of share ownership and identity at Himalayan Capital to claim dividends from FY 2050/51. Owners of accounts dormant for 10 years or more should also consult the bank to continue services.
Unitholders in NIBL Pragati Fund and NIBL Samriddhi Fund 1 must maintain holdings before Shrawan 29 to be eligible for the declared dividends. NIBL Pragati Fund will receive a 50% cash dividend (Rs 37.50 cr) and NIBL Samriddhi Fund 1 a 35% cash dividend (Rs 35 cr) for FY 2077/78.
Siddhartha Equity Fund and Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2 propose a 30% cash dividend (including tax) for fiscal year 2077/78, amounting to Rs. 45 crore and Rs. 36 crore respectively.
Auction ends today at the close of banking hours; 2,15,599 unclaimed right share units can be bid with a minimum Rs. 100 per share. Winning bids may earn up to approximately Rs. 8,90,42,387 in non‑operating income at an average price near the market.
Book closure for the 5% cash dividend of Kumari Equity Fund (KEF) is on Shrawan 25; investors holding units before that date will receive the dividend.
Starting today (Shrawan 19) Laxmi Unnati Kosh will pay a 25% cash dividend to unitholders holding units as of Shrawan 13; those whose bank accounts are not authenticated will receive payment after verification.
Shareholders of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank and NMB Bank are urged to submit required ownership documents and ID to Siddhartha Capital and NMB Capital, respectively, before their unclaimed dividends are transferred to the Investors' Protection Fund.
