Book closure date for the proposed dividends of Sanima Capital’s mutual funds is Ashoj 01, meaning only unitholders holding units before that date are eligible. Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) will distribute a 33 % dividend totaling Rs. 42.90 crores for FY 2077/78, while Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) will distribute a 4 % dividend totaling Rs. 4.80 crores.
Unitholders of the NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) and NIC Asia Balanced Fund (NICBF) must be maintained until the book‑closure date of Bhadra 27 to receive a 30% cash dividend (incl. tax) for FY2077/78.
Shareholders holding Unilever Nepal Limited shares before 11 Oct 2021 are eligible for a cash dividend of NPR 650 per share for fiscal year 2077/78.
The 50% cash dividend, worth Rs 43 crores, will be paid to shareholders’ bank accounts from 22 Bhadra, 2077/78, for those holding units before the Bhadra 16 book-closure date. The current LTP is Rs 12.11.

FMDBL’s board has approved a 10.53% dividend for FY 2077/78. It includes 10% bonus shares and a Rs. 46,14,800 cash dividend.

Today is the last day to secure dividends for Ngadi Group Power Limited, NMB Hybrid Fund L-1, NMB50, and Api Power Company Limited as the book-closure date of Bhadra 18 approaches. Ngadi will distribute 1.05 % cash, NMBHF1 20 % cash, NMB50 30 % cash, and Api will award 10.5 % bonus shares.
