On 2024‑08‑22, Sanima Bank Limited proposed a 17.89% dividend for FY 2077/78, consisting of 17% bonus shares and 0.89% cash, from a paid‑up capital of Rs. 9,68,15,19,200. Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited proposed a 14% dividend for FY 2077/78, consisting of 13.3% bonus shares and 0.7% cash, from a paid‑up capital of Rs. 9,05,31,08,600.
On Ashwin 04, NIFRA's board approved an 8.5% cash dividend for FY2077/78. The dividend will be paid from its paid-up capital of Rs. 20 Arba.
Shareholders must be registered before Ashoj 5, 2078 to be eligible for the 5% cash dividend. The AGM will convene at 11:30 am on Ashwin 18, 2078 at the company's office in Jhamsikhel, Kathmandu.
