Today, Ashwin 11, 2078, marks the book closure for the cash dividend of Nabil Equity Fund (40% cash dividend worth Rs. 50 crores) and Nabil Balanced Fund-2 (35% cash dividend worth Rs. 39.2 crores); unit holders registered before this day are entitled to receive the dividends.
The bank will issue 12.913% bonus shares worth Rs 1.62 arba, contingent on AGM endorsement and Nepal Rastra Bank approval.
