Book closure for Shivam Cements Limited shareholders is 8th Kartik 2078, after which holders are entitled to a 29% cash dividend of Rs 1.27 per share. The 6th AGM, where the dividend will be endorsed, is scheduled for 16th Kartik 2078 at 10 am in Kathmandu.
