Citizens Bank International’s 15th AGM is scheduled for 16th Kartik, 2078 at 4 pm in Kathmandu, during which shareholders will receive a 16% dividend—12.913% as bonus shares and 3.087% as cash (Rs 38.82 crore).
The book closure for the 6% bonus share and 2.67% cash dividend is Kartik 08; shareholders registered before that date are eligible for the dividend, which is funded from a paid‑up capital of Rs. 13,87,84,74,836, and may attend the AGM on 16th Kartik, 2078 at 11:30 am.

The 10:3 rights offering of Excel Development Bank Limited opens today, Shrawan 25 (Ashwin 25), and will close on Kartik 14, 2078. Shareholders may apply now to acquire 24,33,363.67 rights shares, which will raise Rs. 24,33,36,367.42 in capital.
The board has approved a 13.5% dividend (10% bonus shares and 3.5% cash) for FY 2077/78, which will be distributed only after central bank approval and AGM endorsement following the 393rd meeting held on Ashwin 25.
