Mahila Laghubitta has issued a new notice today amending its dividend proposal to 47.5% bonus shares (worth Rs 4.75 crores) and a 2.5% cash dividend of Rs 25 lakhs, pending central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Today is the last trading day before the book closure for dividend payouts of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited (SADBL), Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL), and Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA). Shareholders held as of Kartik 05/07 are entitled to a 10.5263% dividend from SADBL, a 14% dividend from MBL, and a 17.89% dividend from SANIMA, plus respective bonus shares and cash dividends.

Book closure for the 17.796% dividend closes on Kartik 08 (08 Nov); investors holding shares before this date are eligible for the dividend. The 6th AGM of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) will be held on Kartik 22 (08 Nov) at the New Aanjali Hotel, Dhankuta.
