On Kartik 7, Nepal Bank Limited's board proposed a 17% dividend for FY2077/78, consisting of 14% bonus shares and a 3% cash dividend, subject to central bank approval and AGM endorsement.
Siddhartha Bank Limited proposed a 15% dividend for FY 2077/78 at its 381st board meeting on Kartik 7. The dividend, comprising a 14.25% bonus of Rs 1.56 arba and a 0.75% cash payout of Rs 8.22 crore, will be paid only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.

A 31.5789% dividend for FY 2077/78 has been proposed by Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, contingent on central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The package includes a 30% bonus share issue and a 1.5789% cash dividend (tax included).
Unitholders registered before Ashwin 10, 2078 are entitled to a 40% cash dividend from Nabil Equity Fund (Rs. 50 crores) and a 35% cash dividend from Nabil Balanced Fund‑2 (Rs. 39.2 crores). To receive the payouts, unitholders must dematerialize their shares, and those with margin loans must submit approval letters from their lenders.
