Book closure for the dividend is Kartik 30; holders on record will receive the 10.5263% dividend, 10% bonus shares, and a 0.5263% cash dividend. The AGM on Mangsir 10 (November 26) will approve the disbursement and related measures.
The board has approved a 25 % dividend consisting of 20 % bonus shares and 5 % cash, but it will be paid only after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The cash portion totals Rs 1.42 crore and the bonus shares are valued at slightly over Rs 5.71 crore.
A 26% bonus share dividend, amounting to Rs. 5.82 crore, will be paid only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the company’s upcoming AGM.
