Investors holding NLG shares as of Shrawan 14, 2078, are entitled to a 10.5263% dividend, comprising 10% bonus shares and a cash dividend of Rs. 57,70,397. A total of 10,96,375.50 bonus shares, worth Rs. 10,96,37,550, have been listed and are now tradable under NEPSE.
Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) has proposed a 21.085% dividend, payable on paid‑up capital of Rs 26.65 Arba for FY 2077/78. The dividend will be distributed only after Central Bank approval and endorsement at the company’s upcoming AGM.
Shareholders holding MLBSL shares before Mangsir 16, 2078 are entitled to a 47.5 % bonus and a 2.5 % cash dividend. The 4th AGM will be held on Mangsir 22, 2078 at Himalaya Drishya Resort, starting at 10:30 am.

Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited now proposes a 13% bonus share distribution worth Rs. 37.78 crore and a 0.6842% cash dividend of about Rs. 1.98 crore, pending endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Siddhartha Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for Ngadi Group Power Limited’s upcoming 1:2 rights issue. The company also approved a 20% bonus share, 1.05% cash dividend, and reported a 110.26% Q4 profit growth to Rs 12.27 crores.
Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 20% bonus share distribution for FY 2077/78, totaling Rs 8,23,88,880. The bonus shares will be issued only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
