Book closure for the 12.07% dividend is Mangsir 14, 2078; shareholders must be on record to receive the dividend. Mega Bank has called its 11th AGM for Mangsir 28, 2078 at 11:15 am in Kathmandu.
The book closure for the 22.61% dividend is on Mangsir 26; investors listed on that date will receive the payout. The 15th AGM is scheduled for Poush 10 (Dec 25).
PIC has proposed a 15% dividend for FY 2077/78, comprising 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash, pending approval at the upcoming AGM. The shares closed at Rs. 1,045.70 yesterday.
Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 29.16% dividend for FY 2077/78, including 27.7% bonus shares and a 1.46% cash dividend, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta has revised its FY 2077/78 dividend proposal to distribute 30% bonus shares on the paid‑up capital of Rs. 17,61,69,706.38, down from the previously proposed 32%.
Book closure for the 28% dividend is on Mangsir 14, 2078. AGM will be held on Mangsir 28, 2078 at Hotel Pokhara Grande.
Shareholders must hold shares by Mangsir 15 to qualify for an 18.5% dividend; the 15th AGM will be held on Mangsir 25, 2078 to endorse the dividend and a raise of authorised capital.
The 9th AGM of ICRA Nepal Limited will be held on 29 Mangsir 2078 at 2 pm in Aloft, Kathmandu. The meeting will approve a 51.32 % dividend, consisting of a 20 % bonus share issue and a 31.32 % cash dividend.
NGPL’s 11.78 million bonus shares and GRDBL’s 1.90 million bonus shares were listed in NEPSE following their 8th AGM on 3 Ashwin 2078 and 28 Chaitra 2077 respectively. Shareholders will receive a 1.05% cash dividend from NGPL and a 0.20% dividend from GRDBL, and NGPL has also approved a 1:2 rights issue after the bonus adjustment.
Shareholders must be on the register before Mangsir 13 to qualify for the 13.5 % dividend and can attend the AGM on Mangsir 27.
