The 25.285316% dividend will be distributed only after central bank approval and endorsement by the upcoming AGM. It will be paid as bonus shares worth a little over Rs 9.97 crores, while the current LTP is Rs 1,345.
The 20th AGM will be held on Poush 15, where a 25% dividend for FY 2077/78 will be endorsed. The board proposed 19% bonus shares worth Rs 17.91 crores and a 6% cash dividend (incl. tax) worth Rs 5.65 crore.

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has proposed a 21.0526% dividend for FY 2077/78, featuring a 1.0526% cash dividend of Rs 51.83 lakhs. Payment will be made only after central bank approval and endorsement at the AGM.
Today is the last day to secure the 13.5% dividend from Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME). Shareholders holding GBIME shares as of 13 Mangsir 2078 are entitled to the dividend, to be paid after the 15th AGM on 27 Mangsir 2078.
Shareholders registered before Mangsir 24 are eligible for the proposed 25% dividend and can attend the AGM on 7th Poush, 2078 at Mirabel Resort, Dhulikhel at 11:30 am. The meeting will also discuss a Further Public Offering and the conversion of the shareholding structure to 70:30.
Shareholders held before Mangsir 22 are entitled to a 16.6313% dividend, which will be endorsed at Prime Commercial Bank’s 14th AGM on 6th Poush, 2078.
The dividend of 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (Rs. 57,70,397) from NLG Insurance Company Limited FY 2076/77 has been deposited to shareholders' Demat accounts. Investors who have not authenticated bank accounts, dematerialized shares, or have margin loans must complete these steps or submit the required No Objection Letter/Release Letter to receive the dividend.
The board has proposed a 31.0526% dividend for FY 2077/78, pending central bank approval and endorsement at the forthcoming AGM. The dividend includes 29.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 50 crores and a 1.5526% cash component slightly above Rs. 52.63 crores, payable on a paid‑up capital of Rs. 1.69 Arba.
Book closure for dividend applications on Mangsir 21; shareholders before that date are eligible for the 17% dividend. NBL also calls its 62nd AGM on Poush 02 at 11 am in Kathmandu.
