Today is the last day for shareholders to hold Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited shares in order to qualify for the 2.5% cash dividend and to attend its 4th AGM. The AGM will be held at Himalaya Drishya Resort, Dhulikhel, on 22nd Mangsir 2078 at 10:30 am, and will also endorse a 47.5% bonus‑share distribution worth Rs 4.75 crore.
The 14th AGM of Global IME Capital will be held on 9th Poush 2078 at 4 pm at Hyatt Place, Soltimode, Kathmandu to approve 70% bonus shares and a 30% cash dividend.
RMDC Laghubitta proposes a 25% dividend for FY 2077/78, comprising 20% bonus shares worth Rs 20.68 crore and 5% cash dividend worth Rs 5.17 crore. The dividend will be distributed only after central bank approval and AGM endorsement.
Shree Investment Finance's proposed 11% dividend for FY 2077/78, which includes 7.7% bonus shares worth Rs. 6.85 crores and 3.3% cash dividend worth Rs. 2.93 crores, will only be distributed after central bank approval and the company's upcoming AGM.
An 8% bonus share issue and 0.42% cash dividend of Rs. 4.34 crores have been proposed for FY 2077/78. The dividend will be paid only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
The book closure for Narayani Development Bank Limited’s 1:1 rights offering ends on Mangsir 24, 2078 (6 September 2021). Shareholders registered before that day may apply to purchase the right shares.
Book closure for Laxmi Bank’s 11.5% dividend is Mangsir 24, so shareholders must be recorded before this date to receive the dividend. The bank will convene its 21st AGM on Poush 08 to approve the dividend and other agenda items.
Book closure for the 34% dividend of Swabhimaan Laghubitta is on Mangsir 23; shareholders recorded before that date are eligible for the dividend and may attend the AGM on Poush 8.
Shareholders holding MNBBL shares by Mangsir 15 are entitled to an 18.5% dividend, payable in bonus shares, with the remaining portion set aside for tax; the 15th AGM on Mangsir 25 will approve dividend distribution and capital raise.
Book closure for Global IME Samunnat Scheme 1 is set to Mangsir 22; unitholders registered before this date are entitled to a 100% dividend on Rs. 1 Arba per unit.
