Book closure for Rastriya Banijya Bank's AGM ends on Poush 19, 2078; the meeting on Poush 29, 2078 will propose a 3% cash dividend and a 30% bonus share issuance.
Book closing for both companies is on Poush 22, 2078; shareholders on record before that date are entitled to dividends. Both 20th and 27th AGMs will be held on 29th Poush 2078 at 11 am to endorse a 10.5263% dividend for GMFIL and an 11% dividend for SIFC.
Shareholders of Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBS) must be on the books by Poush 18, 2078 to attend its 3rd AGM on Poush 29, 2078. Shareholders of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) must be on the books by Poush 19, 2078 to attend its 11th AGM on Poush 29, 2078 where a 20 % bonus share will be endorsed.
The rights offering opens today, 7th Poush, and will close on 27th Poush; shareholders who were still holders before Mangsir 24 are entitled to apply.
Shareholders listed before Poush 16, 2023 are eligible for a 100% dividend of 75% bonus shares and 25% cash for FY 2077/78. The dividend will be paid after the 21st AGM held on Poush 28, 2023, at 10 a.m. in Parsa.
The auction deadline for EDBL’s unclaimed rights shares has been extended to 8th Poush, 2078. Bidders can purchase 27,257.2004 shares at a minimum rate of Rs. 100 per share with a minimum quantity of 100 units, subject to NRB limits per entity, and NIBL Ace Capital will manage the auction.
Book closure for Goodwill Finance's 13% dividend period ends on Poush 16; shares held by that date qualify for the dividend. The AGM is scheduled for Poush 29.
Shareholders of Miteri Development Bank must be registered before Poush 14 to qualify for the 14% dividend for FY 2077/78, payable from the paid‑up capital of Rs 79,73,76,937.50. The 16th AGM will be held 28 Poush 2078 at Sunsari Udyog Banijya Sangh, Dharan, at 11 am, and will also elect three board members from public shareholders.
Shareholders holding shares as of Poush 16, 2078 can attend the 18th AGM of Barun Hydropower Company Limited on Poush 29, 2078 at 10am in its Kathmandu office; the meeting will discuss the annual report, auditor appointment and the 1:1 right shares issue.
