Shareholders registered before 19 Poush 2078 will receive a 6.05% dividend and may attend the AGM on 30 Poush 2078, which will also approve reducing promoter holding from 53.41% to 51%.
Book closure for the 42% dividend is on Poush 16, 2078; holders of shares on that date can claim the dividend and may also attend the AGM on Poush 30, 2078.
Shareholders holding Civil Bank Limited shares before Poush 20, 2078 are eligible for a 5.26% dividend, a 5% bonus share issue, and a 0.26% cash dividend. The 11th AGM will be held on Poush 30, 2078 at 11:00 am in Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
