Today is the last day to be eligible to buy shares for Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Limited’s 10:3 rights offering, with a book closure on Poush 21. The company will issue 893,025 shares, raising Rs. 8,93,02,500 and boosting paid‑up capital to Rs. 38,69,77,500; a potential 40% rights issue may follow after approval.
Shareholders listed before Ashoj 11 are eligible for 10% bonus shares, with shares now traded on NEPSE. The company has an LTP of Rs. 435.

Today is the last trading day to claim dividends before book closure on Poush 19 for five NEPSE-listed companies; Kalika Power Company announced a 15.7895% dividend and 15% bonus, Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha a 20% bonus, Progressive Finance 7% bonus and 0.3684% cash dividend, Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha 25% bonus and 1.3157895% cash dividend, and Century Commercial Bank a 6.05% dividend and 5.75% bonus, each with AGMs scheduled on 29–30 Poush.
The auction for Excel Development Bank Ordinary Shares concluded with a cut‑off rate of Rs. 456.78, and shares have been allotted accordingly.
Shareholders must hold CORBL shares before Poush 26 to qualify for the 1:1.5 rights offering, which will issue 30 lakh shares at Rs.100 par value and be managed by Civil Capital.
