Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta bonus shares (2,33,151.48 units) are listed on NEPSE; trading begins tomorrow. The company also declared an 8.85% dividend for FY 2076/77 paid entirely in bonus shares.
Today is the last day to be eligible to apply for Corporate Development Bank Limited’s 1:1.5 rights offering, with the book closure on Poush 26. The company will issue 30 lakh shares at Rs. 100 each, with Civil Capital as issue manager.
The last day to submit an application for Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited’s 10:3 rights offering is Poush 21, 2078. The company will raise Rs. 8,93,02,500 to fund its 4MW Upper Chhandi Khola small hydropower project.
Proposed dividend of 7% will split into 6.65% bonus shares worth ₹7,31,72,400 and 0.35% cash dividend of ₹38,51,179. Approval by Beema Samiti and the company's upcoming AGM is required before distribution.
Garima Bikas Bank proposes a 16% bonus share dividend for FY 2077/78, to be distributed after central bank approval and the company’s upcoming 15th AGM. Shareholders holding shares before the 28th Kartik, 2078 joint operation receive tax exemption, while those purchased after must pay tax on bonus shares.

The 7th AGM of Nadep Laghubitta is scheduled for 14th Magh, 2078 at 11 a.m. in Naubise Agro Resort, Dhading, where the board will endorse a 21.053% dividend comprising a 20 % bonus share issue (Rs 8.09 crore) and a 1.053 % cash payout (Rs 42.61 lakh).
Shareholders who acquired Kalika Laghubitta shares after 2076 Poush 23 need to pay tax on the 10% dividend distributed as bonus shares. Those with margin loans must provide a No Objection or Release Letter to claim the dividend.
Bonus shares of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) and Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) are now listed on NEPSE; shareholders who held the shares before the book closure dates are entitled to the respective cash dividends of 0.97% and 0.8947% and may attend their AGMs.
Today, Poush 21 is the book closure date for dividends of four financial institutions, including JSLBB, Kalika Laghubitta, Pokhara Finance, and Multipurpose Finance. Shareholders held at book close are eligible for the declared dividends and can attend the respective AGMs.
