Dividend will be paid only after approval by Beema Samiti and endorsement at the next AGM. Neco Insurance proposes a 15.79% dividend for FY 2077/78, comprising 15% bonus shares and 0.79% cash dividend.
Bonus shares of Mega Bank Nepal Limited (MEGA) and right shares of Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) are tradable from tomorrow after being listed in NEPSE. Mega Bank’s 10% bonus shares total 1,46,54,964.957 and are worth Rs 1.46 Arba; EDBL’s 30% rights issue comprises 24,33,363.6742 shares.
Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 25 % dividend for FY 2077/78 to be paid as bonus shares after central bank approval and its upcoming AGM. The proposal is based on a paid‑up capital of Rs 39,28,08,775.25, with bonus shares worth Rs 9,82,02,194 and a current LTP of Rs 1,726.
Prabhu Insurance has proposed an 11.58% dividend for FY 2077/78; it will be distributed only after approval by Beema Samiti and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
PIC proposes a 0.75% cash dividend on paid‑up capital amounting to Rs. 80,59,200, plus 14.25% bonus shares valued at Rs. 15,31,24,800.
Shareholders must be on record before 12 Magh 2078 to qualify for the 27% dividend. AGM will be held on 21 Magh 2078 at Diyalo Lords Plaza Birgunj.
Book closure for the 15% dividend is on Magh 05, 2078, so shareholders who are recorded before that date will receive a 14.25% bonus share and a 0.75% cash dividend.
Progressive Finance has reduced its dividend to 6% bonus shares and 0.3157% cash dividend, amounting to Rs 25,26,631, to be distributed only after central bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
The rights offering deadline has been extended to Magh 12, 2078, giving shareholders registered before Mangsir 24 the last chance to apply. As a result, 13,12,338 shares will be issued at a Rs. 100 par value in a 1:1 ratio, doubling the paid‑up capital; ICRA Nepal has rated the issuer C+, signalling high default risk.
Janaki Finance has proposed a 15.7895% dividend for fiscal year 2077/78, which will be distributed only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The proposal includes 15% bonus shares and a 0.7895% cash dividend of about Rs 47.4 lakhs on paid‑up capital of Rs 60,041,1100.
