National Hydro Power proposes 19.5% dividend, 50% right shares, Sunkoshi acquisition

Shareholders must be on the register by Falgun 13, 2078 to qualify for the 19.5% dividend and 50% right shares – cash dividend of Rs. 1,35,05,565.45 and bonus shares worth Rs. 25,66,05,743.55. The AGM on Falgun 30, 2078 will also approve the acquisition of Sunkoshi Hydropower Company at a 1:0.25 share swap ratio and elect seven board members.
