Investors must book trades before Chaitra 04, 2078 to receive the 16% dividend distributed as bonus shares valued at Rs. 63,17,09,296.81; the AGM is scheduled for 18th Chaitra 2078.
Auction opens on 1 Chaitra 2078 and closes on 9 Chaitra 2078; 59,827 unclaimed right shares of Chhyangdi Hydropower (CHL) will be sold at a minimum bid of Rs. 100 per share.
Book closure for the NLG Insurance Company Limited AGM ends on Chaitra 6, 2078. The AGM on Chaitra 17, 2078 will endorse a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2077/78 and elect board members.
The rights offering begins today (Falgun 22) and closes on Chaitra 13, 2078. Eligible shareholders can apply to buy 4 new shares for every 10 held, with 46,30,344 units issued at Rs. 100 each to raise over Rs. 46.30 crores, raising the paid‑up capital from Rs. 115.75 crore to Rs. 162 crore.
The remaining 59,834 right shares of Chhyangdi Hydropower will be auctioned, expected to bring in over Rs. 2.33 crores of premium value.
Shareholders of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited must have held shares before Poush 15 to receive the 15% dividend—7.5% as bonus shares and 7.5% in cash—and 47,10,554.42 bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE, with an LTP of Rs. 487.
Siddhartha Bank has credited 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 arba to shareholders’ demat accounts; a 0.75% cash dividend of Rs 8.22 crore has also been approved.
Book closure for the dividend is 1 Chaitra; shareholders registered as of that date may claim the 15.79% dividend (including 15% bonus shares and 0.79% cash). The AGM, held 9 Chaitra at 11 am in Kathmandu, will endorse the dividend.
Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL) and Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) have distributed 2% and 1.0526% cash dividends respectively to eligible shareholders, with payouts already credited to bank accounts. Shareholders who held shares before Magh 12 for ALICL or before Poush 16 for ADBL and who have dematerialized are entitled; margin loan holders must provide a No Objection Letter or Release Letter.
Shareholders holding SLICL shares before Poush 09 are entitled to a 12.7% bonus and a 0.6684% cash dividend. Bonus shares for Century Commercial Bank Limited and Premier Insurance Company Limited have also been listed on NEPSE, with CCBL offering a 5.75% bonus and a 0.30% cash dividend, and PIC offering a 14.25% bonus and a 0.75% cash dividend.
