Shareholders must have held SKBBL shares before Poush 05 to receive the 1.315% cash dividend (approximately Rs 1.64 crore) and are now entitled to 25% bonus shares worth Rs 31.28 crore, listed in NEPSE.
SEBON approved NFS to issue 70% right shares, raising the paid‑up value from Rs 49.34 crores to Rs 83.89 crores. The company reported a Q2 net profit of Rs 3.32 crores and a decline in NPL to 19.03%.
Rights offering opens on 25th Chaitra and will close on 15th Baisakh 2079, allowing shareholders to apply for 1,08,60,000 rights shares at a 1:0.393632 ratio before the book‑closure on 14th Chaitra.
The auction opens on 16th Chaitra and closes on 24th Chaitra, 2078, allowing bidders to purchase up to 1,20,120 units of unclaimed right shares at a minimum bid rate of Rs. 100.
Book closure for the dividend is on Chaitra 17, 2078 – shareholders registered before that date receive a 15.7895% dividend, a 15% bonus share issue, and a 0.7895% cash dividend.
13,12,338 units of Narayani Development Bank right shares are now listed on NEPSE. The bank closed at Rs. 545 today.
Ganapati Laghubitta shareholders have received 19% bonus shares credited to their Demat accounts; they should dematerialise shares as the bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE.
Dividend will be paid after Beema Samiti approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The proposal includes 11% bonus shares and a 0.5789% cash dividend from Rs. 1,24,23,38,564 paid‑up capital, valued at Rs. 71.92 lakhs in cash and Rs. 13.66 crores in bonus shares.

Chaitra 15 is the book closure for Salt Trading Corporation’s 10.5% dividend from FY 77/78, so shareholders must hold shares before that date to receive the payout. The 55th AGM, where a 10% bonus and 0.5% cash dividend will also be discussed, is scheduled for Chaitra 30 2078.
