RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC) has listed 20% bonus shares on NEPSE; shareholders can now trade or claim the bonus shares. The board also approved a 5% cash dividend and the current LTP is Rs.1,025.
Today is the last day to be eligible for the dividend of Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC). Shareholders holding shares up to the Chaitra 15 book closure can receive a 10.5% dividend and may attend the 55th AGM on Chaitra 30 at 11 am.
Prime Commercial Bank has issued a notice today requiring shareholders to pay the dividend tax on the 16% bonus shares (worth Rs 257.32 crore) for fiscal year 2077/78 via bank or eSewa. Today is the last day to be eligible for API Power Company Limited's rights offering, with Chaitra 14 as the book closure date. Eligible shareholders can apply for the 1:0.393632 rights offering of 1,08,60,000 shares, with the issue opening on 25th Chaitra and closing on 15th Baisakh 2079.
IME General Insurance Limited’s 10:4 rights offering closes on Chaitra 13, 2078 at the end of banking hours; shareholders with a book closure before Falgun 1 may still apply and receive 4 new shares for every 10 held. The issue will raise Rs 46.30 crores and lift paid‑up capital from Rs 115.75 crore to Rs 162 crore.
Investors holding shares of Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited before Chaitra 23, 2079 will receive a 20% dividend (19% bonus shares worth Rs.4.84 crore and 1% cash dividend worth Rs.25.49 lakh) and may attend the AGM streamed at 3 pm on Baisakh 10, 2079. The AGM will also discuss a follow‑on public offering to raise additional paid‑up capital.
Shareholders holding ALICL shares before Magh 12 and SABSL shares before Mangsir 17 are entitled to the declared dividends. ALICL issued 52,90,742.72 bonus shares with a 27 % dividend for FY 2076/77, while SABSL issued 6,39,727.50 bonus shares with a 32.68 % dividend for FY 2077/78.
Manjushree Finance Limited and NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited have had their bonus shares listed on NEPSE. Shareholders for Manjushree received a 6% cash dividend of Rs 5.79 crore; NRN shareholders received a 0.26% cash dividend of Rs 30.65 lakh.
Today is the last trading day on the NEPSE market; shareholders holding Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) shares before Chaitra 11 and Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) shares before Chaitra 12 will receive the announced dividends. NTC proposes a 40 % dividend split into 20 % cash and 20 % bonus shares, while JBLB proposes a 73.68 % dividend consisting of 70 % bonus shares and 3.68 % cash dividend.
Pokhara Finance has credited 8.075% bonus shares to all eligible shareholders’ Demat accounts; the 0.425% cash dividend has already been paid.
