Shareholders on record before Poush 13 are entitled to 7.3684% dividend from NHDL and 15.79% dividend from RLFL, with bonus shares now listed in NEPSE. NHDL distributed 2,09,300 bonus shares worth approximately Rs 2.09 crores and Rs 11.01 lakhs cash dividend, while RLFL distributed 13,73,486.50 bonus shares worth approximately Rs 13.73 crores and Rs 72.28 lakhs cash dividend.
Auction for Narayani Development Bank Limited's unclaimed right shares closes today, 17th Chaitra 2078, at the end of banking hours. Up to 13,651 ordinary and 1,31,998 promoter shares are up for bid, with a minimum bid of Rs. 100 per 100 shares.
Book closure for the 7.37% dividend is on Chaitra 25; shareholders registered before that date will receive a 7.37% dividend comprising a 7% bonus and a 0.37% cash payout. The AGM will be held at 10 am on 9 Baisakh 2079.

Book closure for PICL’s 7.368% dividend is on Chaitra 24; shareholders must be recorded before that date to receive the dividend. The 20th AGM, where the dividend will be ratified, will be held on Baisakh 11, 2079 at 12:30 pm in Diyalo Lords Plaza Birgunj.
The book closure date for the 40% bonus shares of National Microfinance Laghubitta is Poush 27, 2078, so unitholders listed before that date are entitled to the bonus shares. Additionally, a 5% cash dividend will be paid to these holders.
Bonus shares of NABIL, EDBL and SMFBS are now listed on NEPSE. Holders of shares registered before Poush 16, Ashoj 01 and Mangsir 23 are entitled to the 4.4% cash dividend for NABIL, 0.63% for EDBL, and 1.7% for SMFBS.
