Ntc will pay a 20% cash dividend to eligible shareholders beginning 25 Chaitra 2078; “book‑closure” for eligibility was 11 Chaitra 2078, and the dividend will be credited to their bank accounts. The company also announced a 20% bonus share issuance for FY 2077/78, its first such offer.
The rights issue of API Power Company Limited opens today (25 Chaitra) and will close on 15 Baisakh, 2079. Application for the 1:0.393632 rights offering may remain unavailable until the eligible shareholder list is uploaded, expected by evening.
