Book closure date was Poush 19, 2078. Progressive Finance Limited has already distributed 6% bonus shares to shareholders’ DEMAT accounts, and shares must be dematerialized at NIBL Ace Capital, Lazimpat.
On Magh 24, Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) closed shareholders' books, entitling them to a 0.7895% cash dividend (≈₹47.4 lakhs) and a 15% bonus issue of 9,00,617 shares, now listed on NEPSE.
Today is the last day to secure the 4.64% dividend from Sanima Life Insurance Limited. The 4th AGM will be held on Ashad 20 at Smart Durbar Banquet, Dhumbarahi; shareholders registered as of Ashad 08 are eligible.
Bonus shares of NRIC, NHPC, PRIN, and NLG are now listed on NEPSE. Shareholders who held shares by the respective book‑closure dates—Poush 14, Falgun 13, Chaitra 17 and Chaitra 06—are entitled to 16.5% NRIC bonus shares, 18.525% NHPC bonus shares, 11% PRIN bonus shares and 10% NLG bonus shares, along with cash dividends of 2.5%, 0.975%, 0.57% and 0.5263% respectively.
Progressive Finance Limited (PROFL) has listed its 6% bonus shares (4,80,060 units) on NEPSE after its 25th AGM on 16 Chaitra, 2078. Shareholders who held PROFL shares before the book‑closure date of Poush 19, 2078 are entitled to a 0.3158% cash dividend of Rs. 25,26,631 and the bonus shares worth Rs. 4,80,06,000.
The board of Nepal Reinsurance Company issued a 5.2632% dividend for FY2077/78, consisting of a 5% bonus share allocation and a 0.2632% cash dividend (tax purpose). The dividend is subject to approval by the Government of Nepal, Beema Samiti and the AGM, with the company’s last traded price at Rs. 744.
Siddhartha Insurance Limited has listed 16.8 million bonus shares on NEPSE and announced a 0.7895 % cash dividend tax of approximately Rs 88.42 lakh for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Excel Development Bank has proposed a 8.95% dividend for FY 2077/78, including a Rs. 51.52 lakh cash dividend (0.3% of paid‑up capital), which will be paid after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
On Mangsir 26, the book closure for NLBBL’s 21.4876% bonus shares (worth Rs 10.61 crores) and 1.13% cash dividend (worth Rs 55.85 lakhs) takes place; shareholders on record before that date are eligible.
SICL shares now trade on NEPSE after a rights offering that raised Rs. 52.75 crore; LTP stands at Rs. 887.
