Api Power Company Ltd. has listed 108.60 million rights shares on NEPSE following a 1:0.3936 rights offering priced at Rs.100 each. The shares are now tradable and an opportunity for investors to acquire additional holdings.
Today is the last day to claim the 8.95% dividend for FY2077/78; book closure ends on Shrawan 9 and the AGM is held at 11 am today at Siddhartha Hotel, Birtamode.

Book closure for Barun Hydropower Company Limited's 1:1 rights offering ends on Shrawan 02, allowing shareholders who held shares before that date to apply. The offering will issue 26,79,075 shares, equivalent to 100% of the company's current paid‑up capital.

Shareholders holding Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) shares before Chaitra 12 qualify for the dividend payout, as the board approved a 70 % bonus issue (42.58 crore) and a 3.68 % cash dividend of 2.24 crore, now listed on NEPSE.
