Bonus shares of Naya Sarathi Laghubitta in 19% are now listed on NEPSE; shareholders who held the shares by Chaitra 23 are entitled to the 1% cash dividend.
The last day to subscribe to Ngadi Group Power's 150% right share issue is Bhadra 07, 2079. The company will issue 1,06,03,986 right shares at Rs. 100 per share, raising Rs. 1.06 Arba to increase the paid-up capital to Rs. 1,76,73,31,000.
Today is the last day for shareholders to apply for Barun Hydropower Company Limited’s 1:1 rights offering; the book closure date is Shrawan 02 and shares must be held through today. The offering will double the paid‑up capital from Rs 26.79 crore to Rs 53.58 crore, issuing 26,79,075 new shares.
Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited will vote on issuing right shares at a 1:1 ratio of its current paid‑up capital (Rs. 10.59 Arba) at the 14th AGM. The board approved the proposal on Ashad 30, 2079.

MLBBL bonus shares, carrying a 26.3157895% dividend, and ACLBSL bonus shares, carrying a 21% dividend, are now listed on NEPSE. Shareholders who held these shares before Poush 19 and Chaitra 17, 2078 are entitled to their respective dividend payouts.
Ashad 31 is the book‑closure date for the 7% cash dividend on Everest Bank Limited Convertible Preference shares for fiscal year 2078/79. Shareholders registered before that date will receive the dividend.
Api Power Company Ltd. has listed 108.60 million rights shares on NEPSE following a 1:0.3936 rights offering priced at Rs.100 each. The shares are now tradable and an opportunity for investors to acquire additional holdings.
Today is the last day to claim the 8.95% dividend for FY2077/78; book closure ends on Shrawan 9 and the AGM is held at 11 am today at Siddhartha Hotel, Birtamode.
