The IPO deadline for Sikles Hydropower Limited’s local issue in Kaski District has been extended to 5 Bhadra 2079 (Gregorian 26 July 2023). Locals from Madi VDC wards 1, 2 and 3 can still apply for 10-100,000 shares until that date.
Shareholders who purchased Garima Bikas Bank shares after 28 Kartik 2078 must pay the applicable tax before the company finalises the distribution of the 16% bonus shares. The bonus shares have already been credited to the respective DEMAT accounts.

The 6th annual general meeting of NIC Asia Capital Limited will be held on 8th Bhadra 2079 (August 24, 2022). A proposal to pay a 55% cash dividend, amounting to Rs. 11 crores, will be considered.
Laxmi Unnati Kosh and Laxmi Equity Fund have proposed a 5% cash dividend for FY 2078/79. The book closure date is yet to be announced.

Shareholders with accounts inactive for 10 years are advised to contact the relevant branch to update their records.
Book‑closure for the AGM is on Shrawan 19, 2079; investors must be on record before that date to attend. The meeting will approve a 75% issue of right shares, raising paid‑up capital to Rs.2.80 arba.
