Auction of 12,57,290 unclaimed right shares of Ngadi Group Power Limited opens on 2nd Ashwin and closes on 13th Ashwin, 2079, with a minimum bid of Rs. 100 per share. Eligible shareholders already received 93,46,696 shares in the prior rights offering.
The book closure date was Ashad 15; shareholders must dematerialise their holdings at NIBL Ace Capital to receive the 9.5% bonus shares.
Book closure for the 11th AGM of Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited is on 12th Ashwin; shareholders must hold shares by that date to attend. The AGM will be held on 2nd Kartik, 2079 at Smart Durbar Banquet, Kathmandu starting 11 am, and a 5.26327% cash dividend will be announced.
Book closure for Asian Life Insurance Company's 15.26% dividend ends on Ashwin 04. AGM is scheduled on Ashwin 13 to endorse the dividend.
The hydropower company’s rights offering, closed on Ashad 20, awarded 93,46,696 shares to applicants, and 12,57,290 shares will now be auctioned. Paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 1,76,73,310,000.
Bhadra 29 is the book closure date for Sunrise First Mutual Fund's 12% cash dividend. Investors holding units prior to that date qualify for the dividend payment.
