Shareholders have until the end of banking hours tomorrow, 25th Ashwin 2079, to apply for the 1:1.4752 rights issue of Radhi Bidyut Company Limited. The offering opened on 5th Ashwin 2079 and is available for 95,35,760.99 units at a par value of Rs. 100.
MPFC has proposed a 35% right share issue which will raise its paid‑up capital to Rs 61.02 crores. Dividend will be distributed only after the upcoming AGM; current share price is Rs 324.
Sanima Capital Limited will deposit a 22% cash dividend into unit holders' bank accounts starting 13th Ashwin, 2079. Unit owners who have not yet seen credits must update their beneficiary account details to receive the dividend.
Kumari Bank has proposed a 12.5% cash dividend for FY 2078/79, amounting to Rs 1.83 Arba including tax. The dividend will be paid only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Today is the final day to secure the 30 % dividend from Nepal Lube Oil Limited; shareholders must remain registered until 28th Ashwin, 2079, when the AGM will be held at Yak Palace, Pulchowk, Lalitpur at 11:30 am.
Auction begins today for 12,57,290 unclaimed right shares of Ngadi Group Power Limited. Bidders can start placing bids at Rs.100 per share, with no upper limit and a minimum quantity of 100 shares.

Shareholders who have not yet collected their 5‑year due dividend must present their share certificate and proof of identity to NMB Capital Limited, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu before any funds are transferred to the Investor Protection Fund under the Companies Act, 2063; failure to act will result in the dividend being deposited into the Investor Protection Fund.
