NCCB proposes an 11% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising 3.3663% bonus shares and 7.6337% cash dividend. The cash component, worth Rs.85.03 crore, will be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
Bank of Kathmandu Limited's board approved a 20.95% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising a 14.95% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.58 Arba and a 6% bonus share issue valued at Rs. 63.74 crore, on Ashwin 30, pending final approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming 28th AGM.
