Today is the last day to claim the dividend proposed by NIC Asia Capital Limited's mutual funds—NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF), NIC Asia Balanced Fund (NICBF), and NIC Asia Dynamic Debt Fund (NADDF). The book closure date is Kartik 15, and unit holders maintained until that date are entitled to the payout. The 115th board meeting held on 28 Ashwin 2079 resolved to distribute the proposed dividends for fiscal year 2078/79.
On 31 October 2022, Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited’s Board of Directors proposed a cash dividend of 16.51% (inclusive of tax) for the financial year 2078/79, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the annual general meeting.
Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has proposed a 13.6% dividend for FY 2078/79, comprising a 10.6% cash dividend of Rs. 2.52 Arba and a 3% bonus share allocation worth Rs. 79.38 crores; the proposal requires NRB approval before being endorsed at the AGM.
Shareholders must be registered on book closure date Kartik 18 to receive the 10.5263% dividend, which includes 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 18.55 Crore and a 0.5263% cash dividend of Rs. 1.05 Crore. The 12th AGM will be held on Kartik 30 to approve the dividend.
Citizens Bank International Limited approved a 9% cash dividend of Rs. 1,27,80,87,661 on paid capital of Rs. 14,200,974,006, making it the first dividend for FY2078/79.
Sanima Bank has proposed a 10.98% dividend for FY 2078/79 based on a paid‑up capital of Rs. 11.32 Arba, including a cash dividend of Rs. 11.10 Crores.
